Full Moon Yoga & Live Music at Park Line

Relax and reset under the strawberry moon on Tuesday, June 14 from 6:30-8:30PM at the rooftop sky lawn. 

Join Sam and the Cafe Namaste  community for a soulful flow to live instrumental  music with guest local singer and musician, Aradhika.  Meet your  neighbors, get a chair massage and enjoy healthy refreshments before class. Class will end with an intention setting exercise to gain clarity and insight. 

6:30PM Wellness Happy Hour with chair massages, healthy refreshments, and live music 

7:00PM Slow Flow with Samantha Reynolds and Sounds by Aradika 

8:00PM Set your Intentions Writing Exercise

Artist Biography:

Aradhika Raturi studied Indian Classical Music for over twelve years, including a five-year period during which she studied sitar with the legendary musician Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan. She has also studied Western Classical Music, for fifteen years, on the piano and vocals, with various teachers in both Canada and the United States. At the age of fifteen, she toured with renowned singer Ajeet Kaur throughout the United States, performing in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Colorado, New Hampshire, as well as in Canada. Aradhika has also performed with Snatam Kaur and Paloma Devi. She has played the harmonium for 18 years, and starting from the age of eight, she has performed extensively in temples throughout Canada and the United States, including the Sat Nam Fest in Joshua Tree, and at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
