Yoga Intensives + Optional Teacher Training (200-Hour and 300-Hour): Our comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training programs are designed to provide a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, asana practice, teaching methodology, and ethics. our commitment

the meaning of namaste.

Namaste is a Sanskrit expression found in some regions of India used with the intention of honoring another. Etymologically, Namaste, is a respectful greeting or salutation (Namah + te means "I bow to you").  It is also used as a casual greeting similar to hello or goodbye.

Our intention for the word (and practice)  is to let it serve as a respectful reminder to honor all whom we meet with sincerity.
