Ignite your inner power with us during Art Basel weekend on Saturday, December 9, 10am at Tesla Design District! 🧘‍♀️ Join yoga teacher and founder of Cafe Namaste, Sam Reynolds, for a dynamic power flow at 10 to recharge during Basel Weekend. Wear your boldest colors, channeling the vibrant creativity of Art Basel. Bring a mat and your good energy.  Space is limited. Class begins at 10am sharp. PS. Tesla is opening up early just for us.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Tickets are “pay what you want.” Yes, contribute what you'd like.  What's your peace of mind worth? We believe you commit to what you value, so we'll leave this up to you. A drop in studio class is $25-30, latte $6, juice $5, energy bar $4. Yoga at Tesla? Priceless. Due to the limited number of tickets and space, we do request a minimum to ensure you value this experience.

CLASS

The class will be an energetic flow combining passive and active poses including: sun salutations, standing poses, core strengthening and seated postures. Class is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to one's needs. 

FOR THE COMMUNITY - TOY DRIVE

For the month of December, we’re collecting toys and essential items for the residents at Chapman Partnership, the center to empower the homeless, one of our non-profit partners in Downtown Miami.

Sam is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, lifestyle architect, and creative entrepreneur with a deep commitment to helping individuals discover inner peace and holistic well-being. As the founder of Cafe Namaste, a wellness + lifestyle community, she brings her unique blend of expertise and inspiration to the Miami community and abroad.  With a background in various yoga disciplines - Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, and a dedication to mindfulness and self-care, Sam's teaching style is inclusive and accessible to both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Her classes are known for their soothing yet invigorating flow, providing a space for students to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Sam's mission is to empower individuals to embark on their own transformative journeys through yoga, with her warm and nurturing approach.
