200-Hour Yoga
Teacher Training

A yoga education for practice, purpose, and community leadership

Miami In-person + Online

Sept 9 - Dec 12, 2026

 RYT-200 Eligible

YOGA AS A LIVED PRACTICE

Yoga Education for Life, Practice, and Purpose

Over 14 weeks, you'll study asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, Sanskrit, teaching methodology, seva, and the art of guiding others with clarity and care. The 200-hour certification is included. The deeper invitation is to learn how to live, lead, and serve through the lens of yoga.

Yoga is often thought of as movement, but it is much more than a physical practice. Rooted in India, yoga is a living tradition and a practical path for self-study, clarity, discipline, and inner steadiness. This program explores yoga beyond the studio, offering students a strong foundation in practice, philosophy, cultural respect, teaching methodology, and community leadership.

The Cafe Namaste 200 Hour Teacher Training is rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition while drawing from contemporary teaching methods, Vinyasa sequencing principles, meditation, pranayama, restorative practices, and yoga philosophy.

You will learn how to teach with confidence, integrity, and awareness. You will also explore how yoga can support your life, your relationships, your work, and the way you serve your community. Teaching does not only happen in a studio. It can happen in a boardroom, a home, a neighborhood, a school, a retreat, or anywhere people are ready to gather with intention.

BEGIN AS A STUDENT, GROW INTO A TEACHER

Two Pathways, One Foundation

Cafe Namaste offers two connected ways to study yoga. Begin with the 21 Day Immersion, a 50+ hour foundation in yoga philosophy, practice, breath, meditation, Sanskrit, cultural respect, Ayurveda, and community. Continue into the 200 Hour Teacher Training if you feel called to teach, lead, and guide others with confidence, on and off the mat.

Whether you are here to live the practice more fully or prepare to share it with others, both pathways begin with the same foundation: respect for tradition, committed practice, self-study, and meaningful community.

Yoga is a lifelong path. Traditionally, yoga was passed from teacher to student through relationship, practice, sincerity, and dedication. There were no certificates, only commitment. Being a yoga teacher calls for Shraddha, sincere faith and trust in the path, Sadhana, consistent practice, and Svadhyaya, self-study. Certification does not mark the end of study. It marks the beginning of a deeper responsibility. To teach yoga is to honor a living tradition with care, humility, and respect.
