YOGA AS A LIVED PRACTICE
More than a certification, a different way to live.
This Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS 200) program prepares you to teach with confidence, integrity, and cultural awareness. Our curriculum meets and exceeds Yoga Alliance standards, with particular emphasis on yoga's philosophical roots, ethical teaching practices, and creating inclusive spaces beyond the studio. Upon completion, graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
Our Approach
Yoga is a profound science rooted in Indian schools of philosophy. While universal in its benefits, it's important to be mindful of yoga as an embodied practice and living cultural tradition. Our hope is that yoga becomes a way of being, extending far beyond the mat.

Meet your Lead Teacher
Samantha Reynolds, E-RYT 500 Founder, Cafe Namaste | Lead Trainer
Samantha Reynolds is the founder of Cafe Namaste and lead facilitator of the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. With over a decade of teaching experience, she brings deep knowledge of yoga, building a sustainable wellness business, and working with special populations beyond the traditional studio setting.
Sam teaches across Miami in residential communities, botanical gardens, farmers markets, corporate environments, and clinical settings. She has built Cafe Namaste from the ground up into a multi-venue wellness practice rooted in accessibility, cultural respect, and genuine human connection.
She leads cultural and yoga immersions to India, connecting practitioners with the source of the tradition, and to Rwanda, where her personal roots in community and service shape a leadership and wellness experience unlike any other.
Sam believes that yoga is a way of being. Her teaching philosophy is simple: we are more connected than we are different, and the greatest thing you can do to change the world is to change yourself.
