Bootcamp + Brunch

Feel empowered and get strong in 2022 with a special bootcamp class on Sat, Jan 29 at 10:30AM. Join us for Bootcamp + Brunch at the rooftop pool deck of X Miami with special guest trainer, Dani Dellarco, Lead Instructor at Echelon Fitness.

Dani will lead you through a powerful workout to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and open your heart so you can live a life you love in 2022. Learn to train your inner voice to become your own power house, so you can activate a healthier and happier life. The class will be a combination of a HIIT style workout with Dani and a cool down with Sam Reynolds (founder of Cafe Namaste).

Plant-based brunch bites by Chef Nicole meal delivery and nutrition:

About Dani Dellarco

Dani is a Lead Instructor at Echelon Fitness, certified personal trainer, and running coach from Silver Spring, Maryland. Growing up playing ice hockey, Dani always had a passion for being active. Dani studied psychology in college which led her to her initial career path in cognitive psychology. Dani changed career paths after realizing that her passion truly was in fitness. Dani integrates her knowledge of psychology into her fitness classes believing that our mind is a powerful tool to tap into to achieve health and wellness goals.
