Join Sam Reynolds (@journeysforthesoul) for a pop-up Cafe Namaste featuring guest teacher, Mallory Hope Schwarz @malloryhopes . Meet new people, practice yoga, and set your intentions for the spring. Mallory just moved to South Florida from Israel and she is a yoga, barre, and cardio dance instructor. Her energy is contagious!
Check-in begins at 10:15AM.
Coffee+ Brunch Bites
The class will be held on the rooftop yoga lawn (covered) of Society Las Olas, following physical distancing guidlines.
Coffee served by Peacock's Salon on the 2nd level. Grab a cup of coffee, learn more about their services, and then head to the pool deck.
Enjoy complimentary empanadas and muffins from Inika Foods after class.
