Cafe Namaste Fort Lauderdale: Yoga + Brunch

Join Sam Reynolds (@journeysforthesoul) for a pop-up Cafe Namaste to meet new people, practice yoga, and set your intentions. This month we'll be featuring Taylor Erica De Ornellas, founder of Café Com Beijo and recent transplant from LA. Taylor is a chef, creative producer and holistic wellness enthusiast based between Los Angeles & Fort Lauderdale. 

She'll share her story on her journey to wellness and bring her favorite vegan seedy maple muffins! They have chia, flax, poppy, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in them, as well as blueberries. She sells her baked goods nearby at the Palm Cafe.

About Taylor

Taylor and her husband, Marco De Ornellas, own the award-winning film and creative production company, Lobo Film Production. When they’re not producing fashion films, Taylor & Marco host an event called “The Happening.” It’s an event that brings unique individuals together over art exhibitions, musical performances, and #taylormade food and drinks. Taylor recently launched a bakery venture called Café Com Beijo, meaning “coffee with a kiss” in Portuguese. She currently sells her adorable boxed pastries through Instagram, dropping the weekend menu on Friday’s on her IG stories and taking orders through direct message. Coffee+ Brunch Bites

The class will be held on the rooftop yoga lawn (covered) of Society Las Olas, following physical distancing guidlines.

Coffee served by Peacock's Salon on the 2nd level. Grab a cup of coffee, learn more about their services, and then head to the pool deck.

Enjoy Vegan empanadas (spinach or black bean) from Argentino Las Olas and vegan maple muffins from Café Com Beijo.

Parking: You may park in the Society garage and have your ticket validated. Once you enter the garage, go down to the main floor and up the escalator to the main lobby. Grab your cup of coffee and head up to the P-level (security will let you up).
