Join Sam Reynolds (@journeysforthesoul) for a pop-up Cafe Namaste, yoga and plant-based brunch bites on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 10:30AM. This will be held on the rooftop yoga lawn with limited spots. Meet new people, practice yoga, and treat yourself in February! This month is about self-care. End class with a special sound bowl healing by yoga teacher and Reiki coach, Cathy Gomez. Check-in begins at 10:15AM.

about Cathy Gomez, sound bowls

Cathy Gomez is a registered 500 RYT Yoga teacher, certified in Prenatal Yoga and a Reiki Master who is living out her purpose by sharing the importance of self-love and spreading light and love to all. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, yoga and spending time with her family.

Cathy became a Cafe Namaste Barista (aka trainee and volunteer) in 2019 after attending her first event and has grown so much ever since. Café Namaste showed her the importance of a community and believes it has changed her life for the better.

Cathy started her small business with her other 2 business partners, Ajna Seekers, in the hopes to help others in their spiritual journey by providing wellness products and services. Some of the products they offer are crystals, teas, and sprays. They also offer yoga, reiki, tarot card readings, and host a women’s monthly circle.

Parking is off-site. Please enter through the main lobby and head to the pool deck. You will be required to check-in with security. Don't forget to grab your cup of coffee in advance!
