Cafe Namaste Summer Series: Rooftop Yoga and Brunch

Fuel your soul at the pop-up Cafe Namaste™  with our monthly rooftop yoga and brunch in downtown Miami. Celebrate life with a soulful yoga class, plant-based brunch bites,  connection, and inspiration at the XMiami Rooftop Yoga Lawn. 

Organic  beverages including sparkling Sunshine + healthy plant-based breakfast bites are included from Holi Vegan Kitchen. Stay  after class for some sun therapy and lounge by the rooftop pool overlooking Downtown Miami.

10:30AM Vinyasa Flow with Sam 

11:30AM Brunch Bites (assortment of vegan empanadas + fruit) + Wellness Market 

11:30-1PM Relax and Lounge at the Pool plus meet The Rounds, Miami's newest delivery service of basic household items in reusable, zero-waste containers.

All levels. No experience necessary. 

Parking:

Parking  is off-site. Please enter through the main lobby off 4th street and  head to the pool deck. You will be required to check-in with security.  Don't forget to grab your cup of coffee in advance!

Refund and Rain Policy:

Class  is rain or shine. The rooftop has a covered section in the event that  it rains. If it storms or we see lightening, then we will host the class  indoors. These events are non-refundable.
