Awaken the true you under the first Full Moon of 2022! Join the Cafe Namaste community for Full Moon Sound & Yoga on Monday, 1/17 at 6:30pm under the moonlit sky atthe X Miami rooftop in downtown with special guest teacher, Dharma Dev. 

Dharma Dev is a percussionist and certified Yoga Instructor, raised in the mystic traditions of ancient India.

Dharma will guide you through an all-levels class to strengthen and balance your entire body and mind through graceful movements linked to your breath. His mission is to empower and transform individual's lives by holding a safe space for others to step into their greatness.

This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with breathtaking city views. Check-in opens at 6:30pm and class will start at 7PM.

The experience:

6:30PM  Enjoy Chair Massages + Rise Brewing Coffee + Beverages 

7:00PM  Opening Meditation + with Sam Reynolds

7:15PM  Yoga Flow + Harmonium with Dharma Dev

No Yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat. Begin your 2022 dedicated to wellness, intention and connection.

About Dharma

Dharma Dev is a percussionist and Certified Yoga Instructor, raised in the mystic traditions of ancient India. At the age of two, he picked up his first mridanga (drum) and began discovering spirituality, with bhakti as his leading force. His parents lead a vegan lifestyle and Dharma has carried on his family's teachings with discipline and devotion to a cruelty-free world. Inevitably, he took to the physical practice of yoga, at a very early age. Today, Dharma has fused mantra music to exceptional sound and his classes are both soul stirring and challenging. His energy and athletic approach are a sonic force to his students. His mission is to empower and transform individual's lives by holding a safe space for others to step into their greatness. X Miami Apartments (230 NE 4th St), rooftop pool deck. Main entry is off 4th street. Go to security and head to the P-level rooftop pool deck. Parking is on the street.
