Awaken the true you under the Full Moon! Join the Cafe Namaste community for Full Moon Sound & Yoga on Wednesday at 6:30pm under the moonlit sky at the X Miami rooftop in downtown 

This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with breathtaking city views. Check-in opens at 6:30pm and class will start at 7PM.

7:00PM  Yoga Flow with Sam Reynolds

7:15PM  Sound Bowls with Cathy Gomez

No Yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat. Begin your 2022 dedicated to wellness, intention and connection.

Location:

X Miami Apartments (230 NE 4th St), rooftop pool deck. Main entry is off 4th street. Go to security and head to the P-level rooftop pool deck. Parking is on the street.
