About the Event
Reset and recharge with a relaxing yoga class and sound bowl experience led by Cathy Gomez (RYT500 and Reiki Master) and Sam Reynolds, founder of Cafe Namaste. Sam will guide you through a gentle yoga practice focused on longer holds (yin-inspired) and Cathy will end with a soothing sound bowl experience to calm the body and mind. This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with breathtaking sunset views. Check-in opens at 6:30pm.
