Namaste Nights: Sunset Yoga + Sound Bowls

Reset and recharge with a relaxing yoga class and sound bowl experience led by Cathy Gomez (RYT500 and Reiki Master) and Sam Reynolds, founder of Cafe Namaste. Sam will guide you through a gentle yoga practice focused on longer holds (yin-inspired) and Cathy will end with a soothing sound bowl experience to calm the body and mind. This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with breathtaking sunset views. Check-in opens at 6:30pm.

No experience is necessary. Bring a mat, towels, and any props you need to relax and unwind.Please follow physical distancing and mask guidelines per city and building requirements. 

Location: X Miami Apartments, rooftop pool deck. Main entry is off 4th street. Go to security and head to the P-level. 

Weather update: In the event of rain, we will move inside to make it work. If there are severe storms, we will assess as needed.
