Light Movement | Pranayama | Meditation | Sound Bath Relaxation

Journey inward with sound bowl guide, Catherine Gomez, 500hr RYT and resident Kampong yoga teacher and founder of Cafe Namaste, Samantha Reynolds, for a restorative evening with a candlelit sound bath and meditation class for deep rest and renewal. During the new moon, the sky is at its darkest, mirroring the moon's retreat to recharge. Similarly, we're invited to turn inward, honor our needs, and slow down. Sam will begin the class with gentle stretches to prepare for a guided systematic relaxation and sound bowl savasana. Class will end with a seated meditation.

Class is beginner-friendly and all are welcome. Please bring a mat. Extra mats and cushions may be available upon request on a limited basis. The majority of the class will be passive and can be done in any comfortable attire that allows you to recline or sit for an extended period of time.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. so that you can experience the magic of the garden. Class begins at 6:30 p.m. on the open-air, covered terrace of the Schokman Education Center. Garden gates will be locked at 6:40 p.m.
