Poolside Pilates @ Altis

Hello Altis Residents! Join us every Wednesday at 6:30PM for poolside pilates with Miami pilates teacher, Bianca Falcon. Bianca will lead you through an upbeat and energetic mat pilates class by the pool. All levels. Please bring a mat. Class is rain or shine and will be moved to the gym if it rains. Class instruction will be held in English.

• Come as you are and enjoy!
• Bring a mat
• You email and contact information will be added to the Cafe Namaste newsletter along with the Altis Little Havana management team. You may remove yourself from the emails at anytime.
