Hello Altis Residents! Join us every Wednesday at 6:30PM for an all levels Yoga Flow by the pool. All levels. Please bring a mat. Class is rain or shine and will be moved to the gym if it rains. Class instruction will be held in English.

What is Yoga? 

Yoga is a science of self-realization and innner technology for fulfillment created in India thousands of years ago. Yoga can include multiple tools including asana (yoga poses) classes (or flow), meditation, and pranayama or breathwork and control. 

What is Asana? 

Asana is a small part of the entire system of Yoga that focuses on moving energy in the body.
