Join us on Wednesday, March 29 for our sunset yoga and sound bowl social in downtown Miami. Enjoy chair massages and healthy refreshments overlooking the sunset at X Miami before class. Cathy and Sam will guide you through a slower paced class followed by a guided relaxation to help you reset and recharge after a busy weekend.
