Sunset Yoga & Sound Bowls at Biscayne Beach

New moon, new intentions. Join us for a calming evening on to relax and reset with gentle yoga and sound bowls as the sun sets over Biscayne Bay. Samantha "Sam" Reynolds, teacher and founder of the wellness community, , and Catherine Gomez will lead a 75-min experience beginning with gentle yoga followed by a sound bowl relaxation and meditation. Sam will guide you through a slower paced flow to help you relax, reset, and recharge. All levels are welcome. We will end class with a guided relaxation to the soothing harmony of sound bowls by Cathy. Set your intentions after class for inspiration and reflection.
