Fuel your soul at the pop-up Cafe Namaste™  with our monthly rooftop yoga and brunch in downtown Miami. Celebrate life with a soulful yoga class, plant-based brunch bites,  connection, and inspiration at the X Miami poolside rooftop lawn. Join the Cafe Namaste community and our friends from SEED Food and Wine Festival for a special event!

Sam will guide you through an energetic and harmonizing flow to balance the body and mind. Plant-based brunch bites and beverages will be available after class (included). Enjoy live music by the pool (sax player) and create the vision for your life in 2023 with out vision board station.
