Reset and Relax

Join us for our monthly wellness happy hour with sunset Yoga & Sound Bowls to relax and reset after a busy month. This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with breathtaking sunset views. Check-in opens at 6:30pm and class will start at 7PM. Connect with your community, enjoy mini-chair massages and refreshments before class!

The experience:

6:30PM  Enjoy Mini-Chair Massages + Happy Hour with Suja Juice + Cryofacials

7:00PM  Slow Flow and Restore with Sam Reynolds

7:45PM  Sound Bowls with Cathy Gomez

No Yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat. Bring one guest!

X Miami Apartments, rooftop pool deck. 

How to Register: 

X Miami residents are complimentary and are allowed one guest pass. Additional Guests/Outside Visitors must register at the Cafe Namaste website and can use the code, "bettertogether" to purchase a ticket.
