About Scarlett Monteiro

Scarlett Monteiro, originally from Toronto, Ontario is the creator and founder of Spiritual & Luxe. She has always used manifestation techniques throughout her life, but it wasn’t until 2019 - in the midst of depression and anxiety - that she really started learning the power of the mind. She created a product for herself that not only changed her own life; mentally, emotionally and spiritually, but was guided to creating the very brand you see today. 

She wouldn’t have been able to do this without getting clear on what she truly wanted, what was holding her back and how to keep going when things weren’t working out. Over the years, she’s created her own manifestation techniques and rituals, and enjoys helping people manifest the life they've always dreamt of.
