About the Fall Equinox

The Fall Equinox signifies the balance of day and night: a time for shedding what no longer serves you, and making space for something new.  This day is an opportunity to celebrate what we’ve achieved during the first half of the year, to cultivate balance in our bodies and souls, turn within, and allow our yoga practice to reflect the changes of the season. The word “equinox” comes from the Latin aequus, meaning equal,  and nox, meaning night. There are two equinoxes in the calendar, one in March and one in September, and these are the two days each year where  day and night are almost equal, where the amounts of light and darkness  are the same.

This  class will be held on the rooftop sky lawn at Park Line Miami, 100 NW 6  St, Miami, FL 33136.  Please bring a mat or towel. Check-in opens at  6:30PM. Reserve your ticket in advance. All attendees must register with security when entering the building. Sign up online and see you Thursday!

Location:

Park Line Miami is near the Bright Line station. Please enter the building and check-in with security. Go to security and head to the P-level rooftop pool deck. Parking is on the street.
