About the Event
Reset and recharge with a relaxing yoga class and sound bowl experience led by Cathy Gomez (RYT500 and Reiki Master) and Sam Reynolds, founder of Cafe Namaste.Â
Sam will guide you through a gentle yoga practice focused on longer holds (yin-inspired) and Cathy will end with a soothing sound bowl experience to calm the body and mind. This class will be on the rooftop yoga lawn of X Miami with beautiful sunset views.Â
These restorative practices contribute to a greater sense of ease and reduced stress. According to a 2017 study in the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary Alternative Medicine, sound meditation participants experiences significantly less tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed moods.
No experience is necessary. Bring a mat, towels, and any props you need to relax and unwind.
