About the Event
Join us for a special edition of our Sunset Yoga and Sound Bowl Wellness Social on Thursday, June 1 from 6:30-9pm to support Mental Health Awareness in downtown Miami in partnership at MANA Impact of Mana Common.
💛This evening will celebrate the power of community and connection for your well-being as we conclude Mental Health Month which also coincides with Cafe Namaste's anniversary.
The wellness social begins at 6:30pm and will feature friends of Cafe Namaste, including Bolay vegan bols, Forager Project smoothies, Smartwater, Qunno energy bars, and special complimentary chair massages by Massage Luxe Downtown Miami (facial and massage giveaways plus discounts on services). You'll also have a chance to learn about some of the non-profits we work with in the downtown area.
Sam will start the class by sharing her journey from working in post-genocide Rwanda with orphaned youth to becoming a yoga teacher and ultimately creating Cafe Namaste in 2019. She'll…
