Yoga and Brunch

Join us for an upbeat Saturday morning on March 12 at the Cafe Namaste™  to celebrate  life with an empowering yoga class, plant-based brunch bites,  connection, and inspiration at the XMiami Rooftop Yoga Lawn. This month, we're celebrating women in our community and featuring female-owned businesses. 

Organic  beverages + healthy plant-based breakfast bites are included. Stay  after class for some sun therapy and lounge by the rooftop pool  overlooking Downtown Miami.

• 10:30AM  Check-in + Coffee time
• 11AM Yoga
• 12PM  Enjoy vegan brunch bites 

The Experience:

• Flow class with Sam @journeysforthesoul
• Coffee and Sparkling Kombucha 
• Healthy plant-based breakfast bites from Holi Vegan Kitchen including empanadas and mini pancakes
• Pool therapy overlooking downtown Miami at XMiami
• Shop the pop-up market with Spiritual & Luxe, founded by Scarlett Monteiro 

No yoga experience necessary. This event will be held on the rooftop yoga  lawn at X Miami (230 NE 4th St). Please bring a mat or towel. Check-in opens at 10:30AM.

Parking:

Parking  is off-site. Please enter through the main lobby off 4th street and  head to the pool deck. You will be required to check-in with security.  Don't forget to grab your cup of coffee in advance!

If you are an XMIAMI resident, please sign up with your resident page. Attendance is complimentary for X residents.

Refund and Rain Policy:

Class  is rain or shine. The rooftop has a covered section in the event that  it rains. If it storms or we see lightening, then we will host the class  indoors. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED.
