On October 20, Cafe Namaste launched its first wellness happy hour at The Elser Hotel & Residences in downtown, Miami's newest stunning waterfront residence and hotel. With live music, healthy bites, chair massages, cryofacials a sunset stretch and sound bowl relaxation, it was the place to BE.
